Application domain

• Sika MonoTop-140 Imper is a mortar intended to ensure the waterproofing of masonry and concrete, including buried or immersed.

Use on interior and exterior walls:

• Cellar walls, retaining walls, sealed leveling (thickness of 20 mm according to DTU 20.1), grouting of hard stones.
• Supports allowed: poured concrete (formwork concrete), solid or hollow concrete blocks of common aggregates, masonry blocks, hard stone masonry (pointing).
• Associated coatings: Thick Plastic coatings (RPE), paints, bituminous coatings, facing coatings, tiles.

Use in pools and private pools:

• Supports allowed: poured concrete (formwork concrete), masonry blocks, solid or hollow concrete blocks with horizontal and vertical reinforcing links.
• Associated coatings: tiles, enamels and glass paste, SikaTop Enduit-Peinture Piscine and Cellar .

Application

1. Mix 1 bag of 25 kg of Sika MonoTop-140 Imper with 3.8 L of clean water.
2. Sika MonoTop-140 Imper can be mixed at a low speed (about 500 rpm) with an electric or pneumatic mixer, in a concrete mixer, or in the mixing tank of the spraying machine.
3. It can also be mixed by hand for small quantities.
4. Pour the correct amount of water into a clean, wide-mouthed container.
5. Slowly add the powder to the water while starting to mix.
6. Blend for at least 3 minutes to achieve the required consistency.
7. Prepare only the amount usable for the practical period of use.

About 2 kg of powder/m²/mm of thickness
That is 20 kg of powder/m²/10 mm thickness
