SikaCeram Sealing Fix is a 2-component waterproof adhesive used to bond the SikaCeram Sealing Membrane W membrane.
EC 1 PLUS label: very low VOC emissions .

Application

1. Pour component B (powder) into component A (dispersion).
2. Mix thoroughly using an electric mixer until material is completely mixed and lump-free (~3 minutes).
3. Avoid introducing air into the mixture by overmixing.
4. Do not add water.
5. If partial quantities are required, mix with a weight ratio of 1.6 component A : 1.0 component B in a separate mixing vessel.
6. Apply SikaCeram Sealing Fix using a roller or 3/4 mm notched trowel.
7. Waterproofing details made with Sika SealTape F and accessories can be coated with SikaCeram Sealing Fix before or after the membrane.
8. If application is interrupted, the roll can be placed in an airtight plastic film/bag for up to 30 minutes.
9. If the product begins to dry on the roller, the roller must be replaced.

Consumption

~0.46 kg/m² dispersion + 0.29 kg/m² powder
Consumption depends on the roughness and degree of absorption of the support.
These values are theoretical and do not take into account higher consumption due to surface porosity and profile, level differences and product losses, etc.
