LIPUMAX SCRUBBER INTEGRATED - ACO GREASE SEPARATOR

The Lipumax^® is the traditional fat separator by excellence in case d'implantation into the ground. It has a certificate d'approval  in accordance with the European standard IN 1825. The installation is suitable for cleansing gravitational wastewater d'animal and vegetable fats.

Its design reinforced concrete B45 complies with DIN 4281the Lipumax^® is particularly resistant in case of vertical boost and is the optimal solution in situations d'extreme implantation in terms of load and depth of implementation. The separator is equipped with a lining for superior quality which prevents the deterioration of concrete by fatty acids. 
The concrete and uncoated compact concrete are indeed always attacked by the fatty acids. Our production technology allows for the separator in 'end of life'to be perfectly recyclable. 'During and after employment', the ACO products contribute to a clean environment! Thus, we respond to directives aimed at reduce to the maximum the amount of waste.

The Lipumax^® is equipped with d'a built-in or connected upstream scrubber. 
The volume of the scrubber can be chosen following the'applicationnamely 100 or 200 times the nominal size. According to EN 1825, la fat retention capacity is attached to 40 minimum nominal size l. In other words, for a GN 4,. the holding capacity fat is minimum 160 litres. 
The fat separator is available with a capacity of 1 l/s to 25 l/s(nominal size GN 1-GN 25).

The closuresto be filled possibly collars additional in order to obtain the desired depth of connection, arein accordance with classes of resistance B 125 kN or D 400 kN. They can be supplied enoption in bolt-on performance, odor resistant. Installation of separationcan be equipped with d'one pump Jack d'sample.
