Cellar plaster - Waterproof cement plaster for underground walls - Aquaplan
Superior quality, durable and aesthetic cement plaster , designed to waterproof interior and exterior walls , fully or partially underground , subject to constant water pressure such as cellar walls , ponds , foundations , water tanks , pits.
Also suitable for waterproofing floors and walls in bathrooms and showers, before laying the finishing covering, such as tiling and parquet.
Its microporous properties allow the support to breathe after the installation of the waterproof layer.
Does not contain solvents. Flammable.

Application :
For use on most common porous mineral building materials such as cement or concrete blocks, indoors and outdoors.
Useful information:
- Store in a protected place, away from frost and humidity.
- Do not apply when ambient temperature or substrate temperature is below 5°C, including during curing.
- Avoid drying too quickly or too intensely, moisten in between if necessary.
- If used outdoors, protect CELLAR COATING against rain for approx. 24 hours.
- The sulphates (salts) present in the bricks can cause adhesion problems.
- Cleaning of tools: with water immediately after the work.
- Provide sufficient ventilation during curing. In humid and hot weather, there can be condensation in a poorly ventilated cellar.
- Treat your cellar preferably when the water pressure is low: the product will harden better.
Prepare the substrate:
- The support must first be degreased and dusted.
- Remove layers of crumbly cement, plastering, paint residues, salts and mold, using a high-pressure cleaner or a steel brush.
- Seal cracks, crevices and leaks at the joint between the floor and the wall, using STOP-LEAKS for sealing leaks in cellars.
- Thoroughly rinse the prepared support with water.
- Use Aquaplan's special cellar brush.

Enduit facile à appliquer mais attention au dosage eau + poudre.
J'ai commandé 2 fois deux pots de 10Kl. En parcourant les information d'utilisation, j'ai appris que chaque pot couvre 4 m2. C'est peu pour un mur intérieur de 3 m par 2 m. Et en plus il est préconisé deux couches pour une efficacité optimale. C'est une information que je n'ai trouvée sur le site de Leroy Merlin. D'où, une seconde commande. Sinon pour la préparation de la poudre, il faut vraiment bien doser l'ajout de l'eau. Un raté sur le premier pot (pate pas assez facile à appliquer car je n'ai pas mis assez d'eau). Mais le deuxième et les suivants, j'ai réussi à bien doser. Il faut que le mélange soit identique à une purée, ni trop mou, ni trop dur. Il est recommandé de plonger la brosse (spéciale) et qu'elle tienne debout. C'est vrai mais le véritable test est de procéder à une application sur une partie du mur. il faut que la brosse laisse une couche qui tienne au mur (qu'elle ne coule pas) mais il faut que le "brossage soit fluide sans effort. Bon sur l'efficacité du la matière, je dois attendre la saison des pluies pour connaitre si le service est bien rendu. Voilà en toute honnêteté mon expérience.

Looks like it works and is easy to use
I applied this product during the summer and am waiting for winter when the ground is wet. Then we will see how effective it is in keeping out the water. As far as application goes I have used an 8cm artificial fibre brush with 10cm fibre and the product goes on smoothly. If you use a natural or bristle brush it will absorb the mixture and become clogged very soon. I cover only a small area at a time , maybe 10cmx10cm with each brush stroke. The mixing instruction is unclear because although it reccomends a ratio of 5 parts powder to one part water it does not specify if this is the ratio of volume or weight. I used 10 parts powder and maybe 4 parts water by volume and this resulted in a smooth and creamy mixture. You should first add the water to the bucket and then add powder. Overall the product is easy to use and the resultant surface is smooth enough to paint if you use a thick/"high body" paint.

Souci emballage
Le produit était correctement emballé mais le pot d’enduit de 20 kg est arrivé défoncé comme s’il est tombé de deux étage quoi. Je pense qu’il est parti comme du magasin ce qui n’est pas correcte.
