LianFloor - Filler for joints - Owatrol Pro

Acrylic Joint & Crack Filler is ideal for sanding .

• All species.
• Fast drying.
• Scentless.
• Does not yellow or alter the color of the wood.
• Retains optimum elasticity over time.

Properties :

• Acrylic filler for joints, cracks, holes or defects not exceeding 2 mm apart.
• Used mixed with sawdust from sanding (grains no. 80 to 100).
• Prevents the sticking of the blades by the vitrifier. The seals thus keep their role of shock absorber.
• Yield may vary depending on the condition of the substrate, the space to be filled and the number of applications.

General recommendations:

Shake LianFloor well before mixing with sawdust.
Do not apply when the ambient air and wood temperature is below 15°C and above 25°C.
The wood must be clean, dry, non-oily and free of any finish before application.

Compatible with TMU 84 insecticide and fungicide treatment on raw wood, before the complete vitrification process.
Protect everything that should not be treated.
In all cases, comply with the standards/DTU in force.

Application :

1. Mix LianFloor with the sawdust from the last sanding in a stainless steel bucket or directly on the floor to make the filling paste.
2. Apply the mixture using a spatula or a stainless steel putty knife.
3. Once dry, if the filling shrinks (hollow joints), repeat the operation without sanding between the 2 coats.
4. Sand the treated part (grit n° 80 or 100).
5. Thoroughly vacuum the surface after each sanding.
6. Continue the different stages of the vitrification process.

• Parquet floors, floors, interior stairs, new or old.
• Compatible with the colorless or tinted Primafloor base, the vitrifiers and saturators of the Durieu range, oils and other varnishes (compatible with acrylic binders).
• Can be used on all species.

Conditioning :

1L and 2.5L.
