UltimaFloor - Waterborne polyurethane wood lacquer - Owatrol Pro

A high performance water -based matt sealer , which has excellent filling power with optimum mechanical and chemical resistance .

Properties :

• Water-based polyurethane to be mixed with its UFL hardener.
• Excellent filling power.
• Optimum mechanical and chemical resistance, including to ammonia products.
• Protects and enhances the grain of the wood.
• Not slippery.
• Insensitive to light. Does not yellow over time.
• Colorless and faint odor.
• Beautifies and protects stairs, parquet floors and interior floors.
• Ideal for :
  • heavy traffic: corridors, stairs, dining rooms, etc.
  • heavy traffic: offices, shops, classrooms, restaurants, museums, halls of buildings, hotels,... and various places subject to environmental aggressions (food, cleaners,...)
• Yield: About 10 to 12 m2 per coat per litre.
  Performance may vary depending on the condition of the support, its impregnation and the application equipment.

Application :

1. Apply an even, top coat of Ultimafloor.
2. Make 3 cross passes in one application by facing the light and starting from the part opposite the door in order to progress towards it.
3. Start with the edges then work the entire surface, working in areas of 2m by 2m.
4. Let dry 4 hours depending on ambient conditions.
5. Proceed with ginning (grains n°150 to 180) then dust thoroughly.
6. Apply the 2nd coat of Ultimafloor.
7. Do not exceed more than 12 hours between the application of the 2 coats.
