Tec7 Rock is a seal and glue for stone , glass , swimming pools and sanitary facilities which adheres without primer to most materials and is resistant to chlorine and salt water.

Features :

• Chemical resistant.
• Resistant to mold and bacteria.
• Free from MEKO, phthalates, solvents and isocyanates.
• Permanent stability.
• Almost odorless, no impregnation, does not cause stains.
• Safe to use indoors and outdoors, even on damp, non-porous surfaces.
• Adheres without primer to most materials and is resistant to chlorine and sea water.

Application areas :

1. Swimming pools: excellent for applications in and around swimming pools due to its resistance to chlorinated water and sea water.
2. Natural stone: safe inside and out for the assembly and finishing of natural stone, thresholds, floors, etc.
   Without markings in the materials.
3. Expansion joints: its good adhesion and elasticity make it the ideal flexible expansion joint.

• Base: neutral silicone without MEKO.
• Shape: elastic dough.
• Appearance: colorless and shiny.
• Skin formation (23°C 50% RH): 15 minutes.
• Without adhesion (23°C 50% RH): 10 minutes.
• Hardening: (23°C 50% RH) 2 mm/24 h.
• Shrinkage in volume: after hardening <4%.
• Tensile strength: 130 N/cm².
• Hardness: (ISO 868) 25 Shore A.
• Thermal stability: - 40°C to + 150°C.
• Treatment temperature: + 5°C to + 40°C.
• Adhesion: excellent, except for PE-PP-Teflon-Bitumen.
• Elongation at break: 700%.
• Modulus of elasticity: 100% 0.32 MPa.
• Paintable: Cannot be painted.
• Resistance to mold and bacteria after curing: 1 (highest class).
• Shelf life: 12 months minimum.
