Natura Impregnator - Akemi

Natura Impregnator protects absorbent natural and artificial stones, terracotta , terrazzo and unglazed ceramic slabs against water and dirt penetration.

Particularly suitable for surfaces that are still damp , especially outdoors and for application in industrial polishing lines.

• As a general rule, the color of the stone is not modified (do a test beforehand)
• Yield: approx. 15m²/litre depending on the absorbency of the stone.

Use :

1. Shake well before use. The optimal conditions for impregnation are: the driest stone possible, a temperature between 15 and 25°C as well as protection against rain for 24 hours.
   During processing, the coating should not be heated by direct sunlight or underfloor heating.
2. Cracks larger than 0.3 mm must be closed before the anti-stain treatment.
3. In general, 1 to 2 applications are sufficient.
4. Shake before use.
   Apply the product with a wet brush or broom.
   On facades, a vacuum sprayer can be used with low pressure (max 1 bar) and a distance from the nozzle of 15 cm (precaution to be taken: check the resistance and tightness of the pipe to solvents).
   Leakage of the product must be avoided.
5. About 20 minutes after application, before the water repellent dries on the surface, the excess that is not absorbed must be wiped off with a cloth so that no product remains on the surface.
   To avoid veils on the polished surfaces, they must be repolished (we use either a pad, a very soft cloth, or a sheepskin).
6. In case of reduced effectiveness or irregular application, you can easily repeat an application.
   The effect vis-à-vis water and oil appears after about 24 hours.
   Sufficient efficacy is achieved after 1 week, full efficacy after 3 weeks.
7. Cleaning of working tools before drying can be done with water.
