Sikagard-330 EL - Flexible protection for micro-cracked masonry and concrete - Sika

Single-component coating based on acrylic polymers in aqueous emulsion, designed to protect and decorate concrete , masonry and cement plaster surfaces.

It forms a smooth, flexible, waterproof and elastic film capable of bridging microcracks up to 0.3 mm, while allowing the support to breathe.

Areas of application:

• Protection of concrete, cement coatings and micro-cracked masonry
• Facade renovation work
• Residential, industrial, and concrete buildings exposed to the elements
• Suitable for exterior walls subject to thermal variations and freeze/thaw cycles

Application :

Preparation of the support:

• Clean, dry support, free of grease, dust or weak parts
• Cracks > 0.3 mm must be repaired before application
• Apply a Sikagard P 310 primer (0.05 to 0.10 kg/m²)

Application :

1. Apply 1st coat: 650 g/m² (~ 0.46 L/m²)
2. Apply 2nd coat: 350 g/m² (~ 0.25 L/m²)
3. Final dry film thickness: approx. 370 µm
4. Application by roller , brush or airless spray

⚠️ Recommendations and restrictions

• Do not apply in case of imminent rain or on wet surfaces.
• Do not use on surfaces in permanent contact with water
• Darker shades may fade faster (cosmetic effect only)
• Store the product away from frost and light, between 5 and 25°C

Cleaning tools:

With water, immediately after use. Hardened product = mechanical removal.
