AKENOVA LION GRIP 50 CC 1030 Black single-component adhesive is a high-performance professional solution designed for bonding natural stone , wood , metal and ceramics . Thanks to its hybrid polymer technology, it offers exceptional initial adhesion (> 350 kg/m²) and long-lasting resistance to mechanical and climatic stresses.

This solvent-free and silicone-free glue is ideal for both indoor and outdoor work. It is perfectly resistant to UV rays , humidity and bad weather , guaranteeing reliable and long-lasting bonding. Its application is simple and quick, even on vertical surfaces, thanks to its pasty consistency.

AKENOVA LION GRIP 50 is particularly suitable for the installation and assembly of stone elements, worktops, stair treads, skirting boards or window sills. Its high adhesive power allows immediate fixing without mechanical support.

Instructions for use:

1. Surface preparation

   • Clean surfaces thoroughly: remove dust, grease, residue.

   • Use suitable Akemi cleaners (Cleaner A for stone/ceramic/metal, etc.) depending on the type of surface.

2. Working conditions
   • Implementation temperature: between +5°C and +35°C
3. Applying the glue

   • Apply parallel beads of glue to the required thickness.

   • Avoid the cords joining in a continuous layer (otherwise hardening will be slowed down)

   • Assemble parts within 10 minutes of application.

4. Skin formation time

   • Approximately 10 to 20 minutes (depending on humidity, temperature, nature of surfaces)

5. Complete hardening
   • Depends on the layer thickness: for 2.5 to 3 mm, part of the hardening is achieved after 24 hours.
   • For significant thicknesses, core hardening can be significantly delayed.
   • If the surfaces are not very permeable to moisture (metal, glass, ceramic), slightly moistening the surfaces just before assembly can help accelerate curing.
6. Cleaning tools
   • Until the glue has hardened: use Akemi Cleaner A or I depending on the surface.
   • Once hardened: removal is done mechanically (machining or scraping).

• Fixing substructures to kitchen worktops or other technical surfaces.
• Bonding of natural and artificial stone (granite, quartz, sandstone, terrazzo, etc.) on mineral, metal or wooden surfaces.
• Vertical and horizontal bonding indoors and outdoors , even in demanding conditions.
• Can also be used for sealing applications in certain specific configurations.
