      Sika Primer-209 N is a black liquid, which dries by reaction to ambient air. It is used for the treatment of painted surfaces and plastics intended to be assembled by gluing using products from the Sikaflex range. Sika Primer-209 N is manufactured according to ISO 9001 and 14001 quality assurance rules.

      Application areas

      Sika Primer-209 N improves adhesion on plastics (PMMA, polycarbonate, ABS; etc.) and paints (acrylics, alkyds/melamines). Given the extreme variety in the chemical composition of plastics and paints, it is always best to carry out preliminary tests. Prior tests are necessary on supports sensitive to crazing (acrylics, polycarbonates or ABS) depending on the quantities deposited and internal constraints.
