Sika Primer-210 is a colorless, slightly yellowish primer based on solvents , which reacts to humidity in the air and forms a thin layer.
This layer serves as a bridge between the substrate and the glue.
Sika Primer-210 is specially formulated for the treatment of surfaces before application of single-component polyurethane Sika.

Application areas
- Sika Primer-210 is used to improve adhesion on metals, such as aluminum, steel and non-ferrous metals.
- The primer can also be used to improve adhesion with Sikasil sealants and adhesives.
- This product is exclusively reserved for professionals.
Always pre-test on original substrates and under local conditions to ensure adhesion and compatibility of adhesive and material.
Application
- Apply a thin but well-covering layer of Sika Primer-210 with a brush, felt-tip pen, lint-free cloth or foam applicator.
- The Sika Primer-210 presents a thermoplastic behavior during the 3 days following its application, therefore it is important to avoid high temperatures or early loading of the adhesion surface.
- The ideal application temperature for the product and substrates is between 15°C and 25°C.
- Apply Sika Primer-210 in one coat.
- Make sure that this layer is well covered.
- Carefully close the bottle immediately after use.
