SikaBond-151 is a one-component wood flooring adhesive, suitable for bonding all types of wood flooring to most common flooring materials .
The elastic glue is easy to spread and the trowel grooves are stable.
EC-1 Plus Label: Very low VOC emissions .

Application

1. The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from any contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, cement laitance, wax, varnish, old glue residue and poorly adhering paint layers which could affect adhesion.
2. All dust and loose, friable particles must be completely removed from all surfaces before application of SikaBond-151, preferably using an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Consumption

When bonding long or wide boards, or when working on uneven substrates, it is necessary to apply a sufficient quantity of SikaBond-151 to obtain a uniform layer of adhesive, avoiding hollow areas, i.e. areas where there is no contact with the adhesive.
