Properties :

• Two-component polyester putty reinforced with glass fibers to seal holes in supports.

• High resistance to water, oil, mineral spirits, diluted acids and alkalis.
• Can be covered with any type of paint (single or two-component).

Application :

1. Recommendations before application:
   The support must be clean, dry, not oxidized, dusted and degreased. First remove any remaining corrosion and old finish. The support should be as rough as possible.
2. Product preparation:
   Add 2% hardener to the mastic to obtain a grip in 10 minutes. In cold weather, increase the dose of hardener while in hot weather reduce it. The quantity of hardener will regulate the setting time without any effect on the final hardening. Example of average proportion: A coffee bean of hardener for a knob of Choukrout mastic.
3. Application :
   Mix the Choukrout putty and the hardener. Once the mixture has been made, masticate the parts to be filled using a spatula. Apply a coat necessary for the repair. Hardening is uniform without shrinkage. One application is enough. After curing, can be machine sanded.
4. After application:
   Clean tools immediately after use. Be careful not to incorporate the rest of the mastic/hardener mixture into the pot of pure mastic.
