Mineralizing Guard H is a product for mineralizing new or old porous friable materials damaged by water infiltration , humidity , frost , etc.
It penetrates friable materials to crystallize, harden and mineralize.

Mineralizing Guard H has excellent water-repellent properties which make it possible to lastingly limit the harmful effects due to humidity : infiltration, acid rain, erosion, freeze/thaw cycle, formation of moss and lichens, rise of efflorescence, formation of saltpetre…

Implementation

Preparation of the support

1. Apply the product to a clean surface.
   Depending on the friability of the support, carry out chemical or mechanical cleaning (using a brush).
2. Rinse thoroughly until the surface is free of all traces of cleaner and allow to dry 24/48 hours before treatment.

Application

1. Use the product pure, do not dilute.
2. Shake the packaging well before use and carry out a preliminary test to check the good penetration of the product and the appearance after drying.
3. The support must be impregnated until saturation in one coat or in two coats “wet on wet” depending on the porosity.
4. Do not overload the support, remove any excess before drying. Risk of white marks.
5. Optimal effectiveness obtained after 2 to 7 days of drying.
6. The treated support cannot be covered with another coating.

Application tools

Apply with a low pressure sprayer, roller or brush.

Consumption

3 to 6 m² per liter.
