Graffiti protection for all types of concrete.
AntiGraffiti Guard Special Concrete is a two-component anti-graffiti product. It permanently protects all porous and low-porous concretes from graffiti or tags of all kinds (paintings, felts,...) and dirt.

AntiGraffiti Guard Special Concrete allows permanent protection of treated surfaces. It resists a dozen cleanings (using GraffiGuard 2010 anti-graffiti cleaner) and therefore does not need to be reapplied after a graffiti removal.

Use:

Preparing support:

• Apply the product to a clean, dusted, grease-free and dry surface.

Implementation:

On traditional concrete:

• Apply Primary Guard beforehand to facilitate adhesion.

On ultra-high performance fibrous concrete (BFUHP):

• Apply BFUHP Primary Guard Special beforehand to facilitate adhesion on closed concrete.
• Wait at least 4 hours and a maximum of 48 hours before applying AntiGraffiti Guard Special Concrete. For more information, see the technical sheets of the primaries.
• Conduct a pre-test.

Application:

• Mix Part A (base) well with an electric agitator before use to obtain a homogeneous liquid.
• Add Part B (hardener) to Part A (base) under agitation. Stir moderately with an electric mixer for at least 5 minutes. Allow to degass in the open air for half an hour and then re-homogenize using the electric mixer before application.
• The prepared mixture can be used for 4 hours at an ambient temperature of less than 20oC.

Application of the first pass:

• In case of high heat: The first layer can be diluted at the rate of 10% clear water (potable). Well homogenize the whole.
• Apply the product to the medium previously treated with the primary.
• Allow to dry for 1 hour (for a temperature of 20oC).

Application of the second pass:

• For better control and perfect control of the rendering, it is recommended to apply this pass with the help of a HVLP sprayer.
• Protected drying: 24 hours.
• Optimal efficiency obtained after 5 to 7 days.

Application tools:

Apply to HVLP, roller or brush.

Consumption:

120 to 200 g/m2 for 2 layers.
