Colour Bond - Pre-colored glue - Akemi

Pre-colored glue in the form of a 2-component (10:1) gel , based on epoxy-acrylate in different colours, high adhesion strength, surface drying and ability to be processed very quickly, food approved (approved by an external German research center).

• The food-approved product therefore presents no danger after its installation, approved by an external German research center with a VOC content according to ASTM D2369: 12 g/L; determined by an external research centre; meets LEED v4 EQc2 SCAQMD Rule 1168 for multi-purpose construction adhesives

Areas of use:

For the fast, simple and safe production of invisible adhesive joints for cast stone and natural stone. More than 50 colors coincide with the Akemi Composil sealant (the same color codes), specially designed for extension and connection joints of reconstituted stones (Akemi Color Matching System).

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. Remove the cap from the cartridge, place it in the appropriate gun, operate the handle until material comes out of the two openings, if necessary screw on a mixing nozzle.
3. If you use it without a mixing nozzle, the two components must be well mixed.
4. The mixture can be used for about 5 to 7 minutes at 20°C.
5. After about 20 to 30 minutes (at 20°C), the hardened product can be worked (sanding, milling, drilling).
6. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
7. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI Nitro Thinner.
