Platinum P+ Gel - Gel putty - Akemi

Fluid and gelatinous glue based on epoxy resin for bonding natural stones , ceramics , large techno-ceramic surfaces, etc.

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. The glue can be colored with AKEMI dyes or concentrates for polyester up to 5% as well as with AKEMI Spectrum Pastes; PLATINUM P+ clear Thick L can be diluted with PLATINUM P+ liquid in any mixing ratio.
3. Add 1 - 3 g of white hardener to a quantity of 100 g of glue (1 g corresponds to approx. 4 - 5 cm taken out of the tube).
4. Thoroughly mix the two components; the mixture is then ready to use for 5 - 15 minutes (at 20°C).
5. After 15 - 40 minutes the treated parts can be processed (eg sanded, milled, drilled).
6. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
7. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI NitroDiluant.

Area of use :

Finds its main use in the stone working and building industry for the bonding of natural stones, ceramics, large surfaces in techno ceramics, the reinforcement of the slabs associated with fiberglass and for the manufacture of artificial products with stone powder and sand.
