Seal-All XT 8 - Gluing and grouting - PTB Compaktuna

Seal-All XT 8 is a ready-to-use adhesive and sealant (MS polymer) for various applications in construction and building.

Features :

• Very good adhesion on all materials (except PE and PP) without primer.
• Glue and repoint with 1 product.
• Permanent flexible adhesion.
• Resists UV and mold well.
• Hardening without shrinkage.
• Also sticks to wet surfaces and underwater.
• Applicable indoors and outdoors.
• Fast hardening.
• Easily applicable.

Manual :

1. Cut the cartridge at the connection and fit the injection core.
2. Cut the carrot to obtain the desired opening.
3. Use a standard gun or pneumatic silicone gun.
4. Apply to a cleaned and degreased surface.
5. To glue mirrors, apply the glue in vertical lines.
6. To smooth joints, an alcohol-based solution can be used.
7. Hardening of 3 mm per 24 hours

Consumption :

• Joints of 10 x 10 mm ± 3 meters running per cartridge
• Joints of 5 x 5 mm ± 12 running meters per cartridge

Usage time:

Skin formation after ± 8 minutes

Conditioning :

290 ml cartridge: White, Black, Transparent and Gray.
