Rapolith is a powder-form waterproofing product for all quick jobs in cement and concrete.

Features :

• For all kinds of fast-setting and hardening cement waterproofing work such as:
  - Seal sources and leaks in cellars, tanks, tunnels, wells, water pipes, etc.
  - Waterproof dripping cellar walls using quick-setting washes.
  - Build masonry and concrete foundations which must be used very quickly.
• Essential for quickly fixing hooks, bolts, anchors and all kinds of fixings in concrete, masonry, natural stone, etc.
• To anchor stair rails, balustrades, parapets, door frames, windows, etc. very quickly and strongly.
• To quickly anchor machines and devices in factories so that they can be put into operation within a few hours.

Manual :

General:

1. No more RAPOLITH can be wasted than can be applied until it begins to set.
2. RAPOLITH for sealing leaks cannot be applied in plastic consistency.
   The best results are obtained with a dry mortar.
   Too much water slows down setting. A good proportion is with 22% water.
3. RAPOLITH must be mixed very quickly and vigorously.
   As soon as stiffening begins, the dough must be worked immediately.
   As long as the dough is placed in place, it must be left alone, otherwise the setting and hardening may be destroyed.
4. In cold weather, mix with lukewarm water.

The support :

1. Whatever the surface on which RAPOLITH is applied, it must be healthy and firm, free of dust and dirt, rinsed with water in order to have a very clean surface.

Special applications:

1. On the same spot we cut a hole 3 to 4 cm deep in the shape of a dovetail.
   The hole must be free of dust, particles and any dirt before it is filled with RAPOLITH paste.
2. Waterproofing of cellar walls, cisterns and reservoirs.
   We make a thick slip composed of one volume of water and 1.5 to 2 volumes of RAPOLITH.
   With this slip we brush the walls with a thick layer so as to completely fill all the crevices, cracks and small holes in the bricks and joints.
   If you want to obtain a special slip, elastic and very strongly adherent, add 1 or 2 volumes of COMPAKTUNA PRO to the water.
   The quantity of RAPOLITH to add must always be in the right proportion, so as to effectively obtain a thick and well-covering slip.
3. For quickly fixing hooks, bolts, stair railings, balustrades, parapets, door and window frames, machines, appliances, etc.
   The fastest setting is obtained if the anchoring holes are filled with a paste of pure RAPOLITH mixed with clean, hot water.
   The best adhesion strength will be obtained by adding 1 to 2 volume parts of COMPAKTUNA to the mixing water.

Consumption :

Never waste more product than can be applied before it begins to set.

±3 to 5 mins

4.4 L of water per 20 kg bag (±22%)

Conditioning :

5 kg and 20 kg: Gray.
