Sikaflex-118 Extreme Grab is a single-component glue , with a very high initial strength , based on silane-terminated polymers.
Particularly suitable for heavy materials.

Application areas :

Adhesive intended for bonding and assembly of most construction materials and components such as:

Application

1. After the necessary preparation of the support, apply Sikaflex-118 Extreme Grab in triangular cords, respecting a distance of a few centimeters between the cords.
2. Use only manual pressure to position the object to be bonded, before the skin forms.
3. An incorrectly positioned object can quickly be detached and repositioned within the first few minutes after application.
4. If necessary, use tape or shims to keep the assembled objects in place during the first hours of curing.
5. Immediately remove fresh, uncured glue residue.
6. Final adhesion will be achieved after Sikaflex-118 Extreme Grab has fully cured, i.e. after 24-48 hours at +23°C, depending on ambient conditions and adhesive thickness.
