The stonegrill garden as it was designed is built with refractory bricks to nesting, like the well-known breeze.

< strong >Nothing easier, less than 10 minutes!

Installation in 3 steps:

Editing is based on the use of brick "LYGO": a new format of bricks to interlocking for applications in the home. < br />The interlocking interest is twofold: it allows one hand to dispense with grout when the airtightness of joints is not necessary and on the other hand, to increase the shear strength of masonry.

< strong >1. Begin by preparing a support plan and horizontal. This support must be strong because the total weight of the refractory is important. The stonegrill is only intended for use outdoors and can be placed near flammable products or materials... Careful, it's hot!. If the media is combustible (bo Panel(is), it must be protected by a small thickness of a fire-resistant material (metal, tile, sand...) if the ashes slip between the bricks of sole.
2. The Assembly of bricks can be done dry (without mortar) or by using a refractory mortar for thin joints of 2 to 3 mm (but in this case, disassembly is no longer possible) mounting is easily done by following the supplied mounting scheme with the package (see example in thumbnails).
< stRong >3. Then placed 4 briquettes supporting slab and slab (as pictured) leaving a small free space of + - 2 cm between the slab and the walls for the passage of the flames on the back and on the sides. < /p >

Use:

-Make sure cooking slab is dry (it is recommended to store it under shelter). -Preferably use wood (dry, you can enhance the Deadwood of the garden) instead of charcoal. < br /.>-The fire is lit under the slab and the flames will heat it quickly, it's very quickly to temperature with good wood sec. < br />-May be cooked after 10 minutes of fire depending on the thickness of the slab of cooking and there is very little smoke. < br />-Cleaning of the cooking plate is easy, simply return it between outbreaks, and pyrolysis does the rest! Can be complemented by a quick brush if necessary. < br />-Cooking is ideal for as or authentic patties tasty meats (chapati, naan,...). For the thick pieces of meat, you can cover them with a Bell (pyrex glass or metal) to speed up cooking to heart. -After a few outbreaks, we remove the ashes cooled with a small brush and a ramassette.
-has Occasionally, you can also replace the slab by a metal grid and use the editing for a traditional BBQ.
