FS Formula 4089 - Foaming chlorinated alkaline degreaser - Zep Industries

A powerful , chlorine-containing, foam-forming concentrated liquid cleaner.
Removes dirt, grease and scale from many surfaces. Can be used for manual cleaning or for foaming cleaning using specific equipment. Very effective against proteins and fats .

Properties :

• Contains a blend of high foaming synthetic cleaning agents, water softeners, alkaline elements, anti-corrosion elements and bleaching agents.
• Can be used for manual cleaning or for foaming cleaning using specific equipment.
• Produces a stable and adhesive foam.
• All cleaning and moistening agents are completely biodegradable.
• Authorized as a cleaner for all surfaces in the meat and poultry industries.

Applications:

Suitable for use in canneries, dairies, bakeries, fish, wine, vegetable, bottling, meat and poultry processing companies, institutional kitchens, breweries, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Manual :

Manual cleaning:

1. Use 1 part FS Formula 4089 to 15 to 25 parts water.
2. Spray, brush or coat the solution onto the surface (use protective gloves).
3. Sweep if necessary and rinse well with water.
4. Hot water makes the job even easier.

Foaming cleansing:

1. Use 1 part FS Formula 4089 for 15 to 25 parts hot water.
2. Apply the product, using a foaming system, to the surface to be cleaned.
3. Allow the foam to penetrate for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Brush if necessary and then rinse the surface with hot, pressurized water.
5. Do not let the foam dry on the surface, possibly moisten the foam to avoid drying out.
