TM Desana Eco - Cleaner with colour verification - Zep Industries

Color-verified cleaner for beverage pump installations.
Concentrated, alkaline and hygienic cleaning agent based on active chlorine. Quickly removes stubborn and difficult to remove deposits and is suitable for basic cleaning and maintenance cleaning of beverage pump installations.

Properties :

• Meets the requirements of “trsk 501” (technical regulations for beverage dispensing systems) and is HACCP compliant.
• Perfect and simple cleaning of old or heavily soiled pump installations.
• Particularly effective on hop resin deposits.
• Superior cleaning power proven by independent studies and approved by leading international breweries and beverage manufacturers.
• Hygiene levels are indicated by color: YELLOW (very dirty), GREEN (dirty), PURPLE (clean).
• The color allows cleaning results to be monitored on site and shows “live” immediately during cleaning how dirty or clean the pipes are.
• This also applies to circular cleaning of a tap or beer pump cleaning system.
• The COLOR INDICATOR offers the same security as a laboratory test.

Applications:

Concentrated, alkaline and hygienic cleaning agent based on active chlorine. Quickly removes stubborn and difficult to remove deposits and is suitable for basic cleaning and maintenance cleaning of beverage pump installations.

Manual :

1. Rinse the cleaning tank and dispensing system hoses thoroughly with tap water beforehand.
2. Always wear gloves and protective glasses.
3. Fill the cleaning tank with 4.5 liters of lukewarm water (up to 35°C) and add 135 ml of TM Desana Eco or fill the tank with 9 liters of lukewarm water and add 270 ml of TM Desana Eco.
4. Close the cleaning tank and shake well.
5. Take a reference sample for later comparison of purple color.
6. Clean the (beer) connection with a brush and cleaning solution and if necessary disinfect with Zepalco RTU.
7. Place the (beer) connector on the cleaning tank.
8. Open the tap until the solution (often yellow or green) flows out.
9. Turn off the tap.
10. Allow the cleaning solution to act for 10-20 minutes.
11. Meanwhile, remove the (beer) fitting from the cleaning tank to reduce the carbon dioxide pressure in the hose.
12. Disassemble the tap head and the tap, empty them completely.
13. Place them in the cleaning solution for 5 minutes and clean with a brush.
14. Rinse well.
15. Disinfect with Zepalco RTU and reinstall.
16. Return the (beer) fitting to the cleaning tank and open the tap to fill the entire line with fresh purple cleaning solution.
17. The color of the line solution should match the original purple cleaning solution.
18. The installation is then perfectly clean.
19. If the solution in the tube is still yellow or green, then repeat the steps with a reaction time of 5 minutes.
20. For hygiene, then let the TM Desana Eco solution act again for 5 minutes to ensure hygienic cleaning of the entire system.
21. Rinse with water.
22. Once the colors match, drain the cleaning tank.
23. Rinse the cleaning tank thoroughly with water.
24. Fill the tank with 9 liters of water.
25. Replace the beer fitting on the cleaning tank and open the tap until the cleaning tank is empty.
26. Check the rinse using a pH test strip.
27. The pH value of the rinse water must correspond to the pH value of fresh water (pH < 8).
28. Connect the barrels.
