TM Desana Max FP - Chlorine-free powder cleaner - Zep Industries

Chlorine-free cleaner with color verification , in powder form.
Particularly effective for regular maintenance cleaning of beverage pump installations (every 1 to 4 weeks).

Properties :

  • Meets the requirements of DIN 6650, HACCP compliant.
  • Superior cleaning power proven by independent studies and approved by leading international breweries and beverage manufacturers.
  • No surfactants, no chlorine, no odor, so no cleaning odors from freshly drawn beer.
  • The powder dissolves quickly and completely, even in cold water.
  • Saves time and water by rinsing quickly.
  • Hygiene levels are indicated by color: YELLOW (very dirty), GREEN (dirty), PURPLE (clean).
  • The color allows cleaning results to be monitored on site and shows “live” immediately during cleaning how dirty or clean the pipes are.
  • This also applies to circular cleaning of a tap or beer pump cleaning system.
  • The color indicator provides the same security as a laboratory test.
  • Reduced transport costs, easy storage and easy handling.
  • Portion packaging guarantees precise dosage and therefore perfect results and cost control.

Applications:

In powder form. Particularly effective for regular maintenance cleaning of beverage pump installations (every 1 to 4 weeks).

Manual :

  1. Rinse the cleaning tank and dispensing system hoses thoroughly with tap water beforehand.
  2. Always wear gloves and protective glasses.
  3. Fill the cleaning tank with 4.5 liters (45 g sachet) or 9 liters (90 g sachet) of lukewarm water (up to 35°C) and add 1 sachet of TM Desana Max FP.
  4. Close the cleaning tank and shake well.
  5. Take a reference sample for later comparison of purple color.
  6. Clean the (beer) connection with a brush and cleaning solution and if necessary disinfect with Zepalco RTU.
  7. Place the (beer) connector on the cleaning tank.
  8. Open the tap until the solution (often yellow or green) flows out.
  9. Close the tap.
  10. Allow the cleaning solution to act for 10 to 20 minutes.
  11. Meanwhile, remove the (beer) fitting from the cleaning tank to reduce the carbon dioxide pressure in the hose.
  12. Disassemble the faucet head and faucet, drain them completely and place them in the cleaning solution for 5 minutes and clean with a brush.
  13. Rinse well, disinfect with Zepalco RTU and reinstall.
  14. Return the (beer) fitting to the cleaning tank and open the tap to fill the entire line with fresh purple cleaning solution.
  15. The color of the hose solution should match the original purple cleaning solution.
  16. The installation is then perfectly clean.
  17. If the solution from the hose is still yellow or green, repeat the steps with a reaction time of 5 minutes.
  18. Repeat application at twice the solution concentration to ensure hygienic cleaning of the entire system.
  19. Once the colors match, drain the cleaning tank.
  20. Rinse the cleaning tank thoroughly with water and fill with tap water.
  21. Replace the beer fitting on the cleaning tank and open the tap until the cleaning tank is empty.
  22. Check the rinse using a pH test strip.
  23. The pH value of the rinse water must correspond to the pH value of fresh water (pH < 8).
  24. Connect the kegs and serve the drink.
  25. The rinsed product sachet can be thrown away with residual waste.
