Low-foaming CIP cleaner.
Very powerful, low-foaming alkaline cleaner. Effectively removes stubborn stains .

Properties :

• Highly concentrated, allowing for significant dilution and rapid application.
• The devices no longer need to be disassembled.
• Hand brushing is a thing of the past.
• Suitable for many applications, such as CIP cleaning, high-pressure cleaning or steam cleaning.
• When used in the indicated dilutions, the product is suitable for cleaning and degreasing stainless steel surfaces.
• Can be used in all industries subject to Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
• Registered NSF A2 as a cleaning agent for the food industry, without direct contact with food.

Applications:

Recommended for pipes in canneries, beverage factories, and dairy plants. The product can be used in meat, poultry, and fish processing plants, bottling plants, and anywhere powerful cleaning methods are required, such as high-pressure cleaning, soaking, steam cleaning, or circulation cleaning (CIP application).

Instructions for use:

CIP application:

1. Rinse the system with water.
2. Prepare a solution of 10 to 40 ml of product per liter of water (depending on the pollution).
3. Allow the solution to circulate until the dirt is dislodged and/or removed; check regularly.
4. Drain the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For steam and soaking cleaning:

1. Use 15 to 60 ml of product per liter of water.
2. Heat the solution and let it work until the dirt is dislodged; check regularly.
3. If necessary, scrub stubborn stains with a nylon brush or scouring sponge.
4. Drain the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For cleaning ovens and smoke boxes:

1. Heat the oven or smoke box to approximately 40°C to 50°C.
2. Use the product undiluted.
3. Apply the product to all internal surfaces of the oven or smoke box, using a sprayer.
4. Allow the vaporized product to circulate through the oven's air circulation system or smoke box.
5. Do not open the oven or smoke box until the product has precipitated or dispersed.
6. Thoroughly rinse all surfaces using a high-pressure jet with clean water.
7. For cleaning smoke boxes with automatic dosing devices, use the product FS Formula 10184.

   A dilution of up to 5% at high temperature can be used for stubborn deposits or after a prolonged shutdown of the facilities.
