Hydrogel - Facade impregnation gel - Zep Industries

Facade impregnation gel protects walls against moisture penetration and prevents plaster from breaking up.
100% transparent, allows oxygen to pass through, allows supports to breathe.

Properties :

• Effective : Makes sand, cement and clay facades water-repellent.
• Preventive effect : Prevents atmospheric fouling, the appearance of algae as well as attacks from rain, wind and frost.
• Transparent : Does not change the appearance of the treated support.

• Economic result : The walls become less humid, which provides better insulation and reduces heating costs.
• Easy to apply : The product does not need to be diluted and is therefore ready to use.

Applications:

Is used for impregnating stony surfaces such as concrete, mortar, plaster, natural stone, brick, silicate stone, plaster, tiles, etc. without affecting its breathability.

Manual :

1. Renovate the substrate: Remove fungus and mold and fill cracks larger than 0.3 mm.
   Remove dust with compressed air.
2. Evaluate the humidity of the substrate, the impregnating gel must be well absorbed with a minimum consumption of 100 grams per m², for very porous surfaces 200 grams per m².
3. Take precautions to avoid spills on plastic, paving, asphalt and glass.
   We recommend covering the ground with a tarp to prevent staining on sidewalks or street work.
4. Clean up any spilled gel immediately with an appropriate agent.
5. Apply the gel to the facade with a brush or roller at a temperature above 4°C.
6. Clean used tools with an industrial degreaser and water.
7. You can check the moisture-resistant result by visualizing the bead effect.
