Durcidry - Water repellent in aqueous solution - Zep Industries

Water repellent in aqueous solution to be used indoors and outdoors which lets the supports breathe.
Extends the life of treated materials.

Properties :

• Reduces the capillary diameter, hardens the treated surface.
• Allows materials to breathe, prolongs the life of treated materials.
• Possibility of painting the treated surfaces.
• Ready to use.
• Non-flammable.

Applications:

Allows the treatment of supports such as: cement or lime coating, stone, brick, stucco, plaster, cellular concrete, marble.
Serves as an undercoat to prepare surfaces to receive emulsion paint.
Can be used indoors and outdoors, on facades, works of art, sculptures, monuments.

Manual :

1. Always use pure.
2. Apply by sprayer.
3. In all cases, the support must be healthy, efflorescence and mold must be removed, cracks blocked.
4. Maximum effectiveness is obtained on a dry surface and in good weather.
   Undercoat (interior and exterior): Always treat from top to bottom while holding the nozzle close to the surface to facilitate penetration until the material refuses.
5. Crystallization is obtained after 3 or 4 days.
6. After 4 days, wash the support with clean water, let it dry, and proceed with the painting work.
   Covering power: depending on the porosity of the materials, 2 to 8 m² per liter.
