Sikadur-Combiflex CF Adhesive Normal - 2-component epoxy adhesive - Sika

Sikadur-Combiflex CF Adhesive Normal is a thixotropic , epoxy -based, two-component adhesive, intended for bonding the sealing strips based on modified flexible polyolefin (FPO) of the Sikadur Combiflex SG system to various substrates.

Application domain

Adhesive for the Sikadur-Combiflex SG-10 M and Sikadur-Combiflex SG-20 M System.

Application

1. Before mixing the two components, mix component A (resin) briefly with a low speed mixer (300 rpm).
2. Add component B (hardener) to component A and mix A+B continuously for a minimum of 3 minutes until a uniformly colored mixture with a creamy consistency is obtained.
3. To be sure of complete mixing, pour the product into a clean container and mix for another minute.
4. Avoid mixing too fast and too long to minimize air entrainment.
5. Only mix complete kits.
   Mixing time A+B= 4 minutes.
6. Mix only the applicable amount within the product application time.
