Sikafloor-201 FiberLevel is a cementitious, polymer -modified, fiber -reinforced leveling mortar with very low VOC emissions.

It offers reduced shrinkage and a smooth finish in layer thicknesses from 3 mm to 50 mm.
The mortar is suitable for leveling interior and exterior surfaces before applying floor coverings .
EC 1 PLUS label: very low VOC emissions .

Areas of application

The product can be used for:

• Smoothing and leveling interior and exterior substrates/sub-layers (with coating) in residential and commercial areas such as schools, offices and hospitals.
• The application on underfloor heating systems and for the formation of slopes.

Application

1. Pour the mixed product onto the substrate. Spread the product evenly using a smoothing trowel, vibrating screed, concrete rake or pin-rake until the required thickness is achieved.
2. Allow the product to become smooth.
   If necessary, immediately use the debubbling roller to remove any trowel marks or surface defects.
3. If a pin-rake has been used instead of a trowel, then it is normally not necessary to remove marks in the surface with a bubble roller, nor to level more than once.
4. In the case of a two-layer application, the thickness of the second layer should not exceed that of the first layer.
   If a 2nd leveling coat is applied, then apply Sikafloor-03 Primer or Sikafloor-01 Primer (diluted with water 1:1) to the first hardened coat.

1. Is Sikafloor-201 FibreLevel suitable for outdoor use?
   No, it is for indoor use only.
2. Can it be used with underfloor heating?
   Yes, compatible with all water or electric underfloor heating systems, except direct radiant floor heating. Always turn off the heating 48 hours before and after installation.
3. Can it be quickly covered with tiles?
   Yes, usually after 12 to 24 hours, depending on drying conditions.
4. How much water should be added?
   5.0 to 5.5 L per 25 kg bag. Excess water reduces performance and causes bubbling or chalking.
5. Is the product suitable for leveling existing tiles?
   Yes, provided that the tiles are perfectly adhered, cleaned and primed.
6. Can a slope be created?
   Slight slopes are possible, but the product is self-leveling and naturally tends towards flatness. For steeper slopes, use a suitable leveling mortar.
7. Is Sikafloor-201 fiber-reinforced?
   Yes, it contains microfibers for better resistance, limitation of micro-cracks and better stability in thick layers.
8. What is the maximum thickness for a single layer?
   Up to 30 mm in one pass. Beyond that, apply in several layers.
9. Can the product be pumped?
   Yes, it is suitable for pumping machines for large areas.
10. What is the practical duration of use?
    Approximately 20 to 30 minutes at 20°C.
