Phosphoric acid-based stripper for steel and light alloys which removes the layer of limescale and oxidation from machines and devices.
Quickly removes limescale and oxidation without attacking the treated surface.

Applications:

Compatible with stainless steel and light alloys.
It is recommended to carry out a test beforehand to check the effect of the product on the metal and determine the optimal contact times.

Manual :

1. Drain the system you want to clean.
2. Rinse with plenty of water and try to remove any mud deposits from the bottom.
3. Fill the system with a product solution in the correct concentration:
   Heating boilers: 20%
   Cooling capacitors: 10%
   Boilers: 10%
   Heat exchangers: 10%
   Cooling towers: 5%
   Heating circuits: 5%
   Conduct in general: 5%
4. Circulate the solution for a period of 1 to 3 hours.
   If a shorter cleaning time is required, it is recommended to heat the water to 40/50°C.
5. Follow the cleaning by the pH value of the solution (an increase in pH of the solution has a limited effect, then the solution must be evacuated and additional product must be added).
   If the pH of the solution is below 2/3 for 20-40 minutes, then cleaning is complete.
6. As soon as cleaning is complete, flush the system until the rinse water is clean.
7. Refill the system correctly and carry out appropriate water treatment.
