Sika FloorJoint PD is a prefabricated carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite panel with high physical characteristics.
The corrugated joint design allows for better load distribution.

Application areas

Floor joint panel for new constructions and for the renovation of joints in concrete / concrete screeds subject to normal to medium loads, such as warehouses, intermediate floors of covered car parks, access ramps.

Application

1. It is possible to make geometrically complicated joints simply by cutting the profiles.
2. A minimum milling depth in the concrete substrate is necessary to allow the laying of these flat elements.
3. This guarantees a short-term interruption of operation. When watertightness is required, a separate membrane (Sikadur Combiflex SG System) fully compatible with the Sika FloorJoint system is placed under the profile.
4. The result is a watertight and ultra-flat seal, walkable and quiet.
