Sika Injection AC-10 is a colorless liquid, which accelerates the reaction time of the resin of Sika Injection-101 RC and Sika Injection-105 RC polyurethane -based injection foam , even at low temperatures.

• Speeds up the reaction time of Sika Injection-101 RC and Sika Injection-105 RC.
• It is especially suitable for use with both medium temperatures and low ambient temperatures (5 to 10°C).

Speeds up the reaction time of Sika Injection-101 RC and Sika Injection-105 RC.

Application

• Add Sika Injection AC-10 to the already mixed Sika Injection-101 RC or -105 RC, just before use and mix until homogeneous.
• Inject Sika Injection-101 RC or -105 RC in accordance with their technical data sheets.
• The reaction time depends on both the temperature of the materials and the ambient temperature, as well as the amount of accelerator added.
• Lower temperatures will slow down, higher temperatures will speed up the reaction time.
• Mixing time: Add the correct proportion of Sika Injection AC10 to Sika Injection -101 RC or -105 RC, in a suitable clean and dry container and mix slowly (maximum 250 rpm) for at least 3 min until the mixture is homogeneous.
