Sikagard-675 W GB ElastoColor is a single-component, plasto-elastic coating , based on a styrene acrylic dispersion, in aqueous phase, for the protection and aesthetic decoration of masonry and concrete structures exposed to bad weather.

Sikagard-675 W GB ElastoColor can be applied over existing coatings or directly onto unpainted masonry or concrete surfaces.
The product complies with the requirements of EN 1504-2 as a protective coating for concrete.

Application areas

Sikagard-675 W GB ElastoColor is used for the protection and aesthetic decoration of masonry and concrete structures (normal concrete and light concrete).

• Suitable for protection against the risk of penetration (Principle 1, method 1.3 EN 1504-9)
• Suitable for humidity control (Principle 2, method 2.3 EN 1504-9)
• Suitable for increasing the resistivity of concrete (Principle 8, method 8.3, EN 1504-9)

Application

1. The product is delivered ready to use and cannot be diluted.
2. Use an electric mixer or a spiral mixer to mix the product before application.
3. Sikagard-675 W GB ElastoColor can be applied using a brush, roller or sprayed by airless spray gun.
4. When applying by brush: always use a wide, soft nylon or bristle brush. Do not use sweeping brushes.
5. When applying by roller: use a roller with a synthetic cover of 2 to 2.5 cm.
6. When applying by airless projection (only for smooth and closed substrates):
   Pressure: ~ 150 bar
   Mouthpiece opening: ~ 0.43 - 0.58 mm.
