Application areas

Sikagard-914 W Stainprotect Primer is designed to effectively reduce the penetration of aqueous liquids, acids, dirt and other abrasive elements, for interior and exterior applications.

• Industrial and store floor coverings.
• Mineral floors in commercial environments.
• Markets, supermarkets, shopping centers, etc.

Sikagard-914 W Stainprotect Primer can be applied to the following porous substrates:

• Concrete floors.
• Washed concrete surface.
• Self-leveling screeds or finishes, etc.

This product is only intended for aesthetic protection of concrete surfaces or cement-based surfaces.
Other protective effects are not related to this product.

Application

1. Sikagard-914 W Stainprotect Primer is ready to use.
2. Do not dilute the product.
3. Shake well before use.
4. Apply Sikagard-914 W Stainprotect Primer evenly using an airless spray gun with a suitable spray tip (0.25 - 0.3 is recommended).
5. A team of 2 people is required where the second person can spread the freshly applied product more intensely in a homogeneous manner using a synthetic roller.
6. Allow the product to penetrate and dry for 1 to 2 hours.
7. For really absorbent supports, a 2nd application will be necessary.
8. After complete drying of the primer Sikagard-915 Stainprotect can be applied.
