Areas of application:

Sikafloor-300 Level is suitable for smoothing, leveling and smoothing suitable substrates before laying parquet flooring, ceramic tiles, seamless synthetic resin-based floor coverings, textile or elastic floor coverings, inside residential and non-industrial buildings.

Application

1. Pour the mixed levelling compound and spread using a notched trowel or scraper, or an adjustable scraper with a handle.
   Next, remove any air occlusions with a bubble roller.
   When using an adjustable handle scraper, it is generally not necessary to remove the traces left by the scraper with a debubbling roller, or to level more than once.
2. Peripheral connections and expansion joints must be taken into account up to the finished surface.
   Avoid introducing the equalization mass.
3. The leveling layer must be sufficiently thick and the surface sufficiently flat, as indicated by the manufacturer of the tiles or flooring.
4. In the case of thicker layers, avoid contact with vertical structures by placing an insulating strip around the perimeter.
5. If a second leveling coat is to be applied, the first coat must be primed with Sikafloor-03 Primer or with Sikafloor-01 Primer (1:1).
   The maximum layer thickness cannot be exceeded when applying in two layers.
   The second layer cannot exceed the layer thickness of the first.
6. Avoid contact with metal, such as water pipes (e.g. by insulating the penetrations of the latter) because galvanized steel pipes in particular are not sufficiently protected against corrosion.
7. Protect the Sikafloor-300 Level leveling layers from high ambient temperatures, direct sunlight and drafts (cure treatment).

   Minimum 1 mm, maximum 10 mm in a single pass (For thicker layers, use a suitable levelling compound.)
3. Is it compatible with underfloor heating?
   Yes, perfectly compatible with hydraulic or electric systems.
4. Can you glue tiles onto it?
   Yes, after complete drying (usually 24 hours), with a suitable C2 adhesive.
5. Should a primer be applied?
   Yes, the primer ensures adhesion, prevents bubbles and stabilizes the substrate.
6. Is the product self-leveling?
   Yes, its high fluidity allows for perfect flatness without effort.
7. Can it be pumped for large areas?
   Yes, SikaFloor-300 Level is pump-compatible, ideal for large construction sites.
8. What is the exact consumption?
   Approximately 1 mm, or 1.7 kg/m². Therefore, for 5 mm, 8.5 kg/m².
9. Can a parquet floor be laid on top of it?
   Yes, provided that the drying time and residual moisture are respected.
10. Does the product give off any odors?
    Very few, the EC1 PLUS classification guarantees very low emissions.
