Sika FastFix-138 FTP - Micro-concrete for road elements - Sika

Sika FastFix-138 FTP is a single-component hydraulic micro-concrete , ready to use, and usable with additional addition of aggregates depending on the size of the volume to be filled.

Application

1. For the sealing of road buffers: set up the Sika FastFix-138 FTP, of firm consistency, serving as a laying bed for the adjustment and wedging of the part to be sealed.
2. Position the part to be sealed.
3. Pour Sika FastFix-138 FTP mixed to a plastic consistency, down to the bare surface of the roadway, in order to properly seal the part.
4. It may be necessary to vibrate the mixed Sika FastFix-138 FTP to a firm consistency, in order to facilitate its placement and ensure good tightening of the product.
5. Finish with a trowel finish, on the bare surface of the road or 3 cm below, in the event of subsequent covering with asphalt.

Consumption

Approximately 2.3 kg of Sika FastFix-138 FTP per liter of sealant, i.e. 1 bag of 25 kg for approximately 12 liters of mortar.
