Sika Separol-580 Pure Végétale is a concrete and mortar formwork oil , ready to use.
It is made from vegetable raw materials , with respect for nature and the health of users.

Features

• Can be applied to most formwork and molds to obtain neat facings.
• Removes adhesion of concrete or laitance on treated surfaces.
• Does not leave oily traces on the concrete after stripping or demoulding.
• Allows the subsequent application of coatings or paints (the reception of the support is the responsibility of the applicator).

Application areas

Sika Separol-580 Pure Végétale is used as a delayed formwork oil on construction sites:

• For conventional vibrated concrete or special non-vibrated concrete (self-compacting concrete).
• On metal and wooden supports.
• Applies when ambient and substrate temperatures are between +5°C and +50°C.

Sika Separol-580 Pure Végétale is not compatible with plastic materials.

Application

1. Sika Separol-580 Pure Végétale is used pure.
2. Spread a film of product evenly, avoiding gaps and excess thickness.
3. For application on molds of small dimensions and/or complex shapes, it is recommended to rub the surface of the mold with a cloth after application.
4. Do not apply to hoses or electrical cables or any other rubber or elastomer components as this will damage the product.

Consumption

1 liter can treat 30 to 50 m² depending on substrate and application conditions.
