Sika Separol-300 Minerale Neuve is a ready-to-use new mineral formwork oil.

Features

• For delayed release.
• Can be used when ambient and/or substrate temperatures are extreme (below 0°C and up to 70°C).
• Extends the useful life of formwork.
• Removes adhesion of concrete and laitance on treated surfaces.
• Allows the subsequent application of coatings or paints (the reception of the support is the responsibility of the applicator).

Application areas

Sika Separol-300 Minerale Neuve is used as a delayed release agent on site:

• On metal support, bakelized or painted wood, polyurethane, ABS, polyester.
• In cold and warm weather, up to a formwork temperature of 70°C.

Application

1. Sika Separol-300 Minerale Neuve is used pure.
2. Spray or coat a film of product evenly, avoiding gaps and excess thickness which must be removed using a squeegee or a cloth.
3. For application on molds of small dimensions and/or complex shapes, it is recommended to rub the surface of the mold with a cloth after application.
4. For equipment soiled by laitance, cleaning with the product Isodecap is desirable before applying Sika Separol-300 Minerale Neuve.

Consumption

Metal or plywood formwork type CTBX: 50 to 80 m²/l.
More absorbent formwork: 25 to 35 m²/l.

Conditioning

• 20 liter container.
• 210 liter barrel.
