Sikafloor-150 is a 2-component, multi-purpose, low odor and low viscosity epoxy resin that can be used as an epoxy primer , leveling mortar and screed.

Application areas

Application

1. First mix component A (resin) separately using a drill with a single stirrer at low speed (300 – 400 rpm).
2. Then add component B (hardener) to component A and mix components A + B continuously for 3 minutes until a uniform mixture is obtained.
3. When components A and B have been mixed, gradually add while mixing using a twin (shaft) mixer (>700 W), mixer or other suitable equipment (do not use a cement mixer). ), dried quartz sand of the appropriate grain size and -if necessary- the additive Stellmittel T.
4. Mix for an additional 2 minutes until a uniform mixture is obtained.
5. To ensure thorough mixing, pour the materials into another container and mix again to obtain a consistent and smooth mixture.
6. Care should be taken to avoid mixing too quickly and for too long to reduce the risk of including air.
7. During the final mixing stage, scrape down the sides and bottom of the mixing container at least once with a flat or straight-edged trowel to ensure thorough mixing.
8. Only mix complete units. Mixing time for A+B+quartz sand = 5.0 minutes.

Consumption

Mixing ratios are in parts by weight. All values are theoretical and do not take into account over-consumption dependent on absorbency, roughness and flatness of substrates, loss of material, etc.

Conditioning

2.5kg 10kg and 25kg
