Application areas

• SikaTack-Panel Primer is applied to the timber frame and to the bonding surfaces of the panels.
• Special primer for SikaBond adhesives on porous and non-porous substrates.

Application

1. Shake SikaTack Panel Primer well until the steel ball in the container is audible.
2. Shake for an additional minute.
3. Apply SikaTack Panel Primer with a clean brush, evenly, in a thin but covering layer on the support.
4. On smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, a solvent-resistant roller or a melamine sponge (eg Basotect) can also be used.
5. Apply primer only once.
6. In the case of very absorbent surfaces, a second application may be necessary.
7. Close container tightly immediately after use.
8. The optimum temperature for the surface and the application is between 15°C - 25°C.

According to the absorption capacity of the support 50 ml/m2
