SikaBond-151 - Elastic Wood Floor Adhesive - Sika

SikaBond-151 is a one-component adhesive for wooden floors , suitable for bonding all types of wooden floors to most common floor materials.
The elastic glue is easy to spread, and the trowel streaks are stable.

Application

1. The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free of any contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, cement laitance, wax, varnish, old adhesive residues and loose layers of paint which could affect adhesion.
2. All dust and loose and friable particles must be completely removed from all surfaces before application of SikaBond-151, preferably using an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Consumption

To glue long or wide boards, or to work on uneven supports, it is necessary to apply a sufficient quantity of SikaBond-151 to obtain an even layer of glue avoiding hollow parts, ie. areas where there is no contact with the glue.
