Insulating all wood before stains , primer booster effect.

Description :

Triple action:

1. Slows down and avoids: - The colored and unsightly rise of tannin on leafy trees (Oak, Chestnut) and on Red Cedar. - Yellowing on softwoods (pine, fir, etc.)
2. Strongly improves the adhesion of film-forming finishes.
3. Prevents their premature aesthetic and physical degradation.

Properties :

• Extends the beauty and life of finishes.
• Apply before film-forming protections: stains, paints, glazes, varnishes, etc.
• Formulated without any fungicidal action.
• Can be covered with all our film-forming finishes (OWATROL PRO and LINITOP*), aqueous or solvent-based
• Note that the yield can vary according to several parameters: the state and the porosity of the support, the temperature and the relative hygrometry.
  10 to 12 m² /L per coat.

Application :

1. On new wood, ensure that the wood is open/deglazed using the water drop test. If a drop of water does not penetrate, leave the wood in the weather for a few months or carry out a chemical de-icing (NET-TROL 400* + NET-TROL 200* OR PREPDECK* + NET-TROL 200*). Please note that chemical de-icing cannot under any circumstances be carried out on tannic woods. Work on very dry wood. 2. Apply a coat of STAN PROTECT.
3. Let dry. Wait 4 to 6 hours before applying the finish.
4. STAN PROTECT must be coated within 48 hours, otherwise shatter.
5. Temperature and relative humidity can cause the drying time to vary.
6. Always do a test first.

Destination :

• Outdoor use. All wood. Ideal on tannic, hardwood and resinous woods.
• Can also be used indoors to limit yellowing and browning of light woods: Pine, Spruce, Larch...
