      MN Wash & Clean - Cleans and cares in one step - Lithofin

      Lithofin MN Wash & Clean is a low-alkalinity cleaning product based on superior natural soaps and special care components.

      It dissolves dirt particles on the surface and keeps them suspended during the cleaning process.

      The ultra-thin maintenance film it deposits contains no wax and does not produce layers.

      With regular use, the appearance of the floor improves and the color/structure of the surface becomes more beautiful and more resistant.

      Lithofin MN Wash & Clean also leaves a pleasant scent.

      Technical specifications:

      • Density: approx. 1.0 g/cm³
      • pH value: approx. 11 (concentrate), > 8 (diluted)
      • Appearance: thick, opalescent liquid
      • Scent: fresh, fragrant
      • Water solubility: good, complete

      Scope of application:

      Regular mopping of all marble and natural stone coverings: Carrara, Travertine, Solnhofen slate, Jura marble, porphyry, Serizzo, sandstone, artificial stone.

      The surfaces can be polished, honed or cut. They can be impregnated, glazed or untreated.

      Lithofin MN-Wash & Clean reinforces and improves the effectiveness of surfaces impregnated with %C3% MN Vleckstop .

      Instructions for use:

      1. Always add Lithofin MN Wash & Clean to the wash water. One dose (approx. 20 g) per bucket of lukewarm water.
      2. Add a little more product when using for the very first time on porous or heavily soiled surfaces.
      3. Do not rinse with clean water over the damp film left by the mop.

      Tip: In case of more pronounced soiling, we recommend using the Lithofin MN Multi-Cleaner .

      • Lithofin MN Wash & Clean is a highly effective concentrate, therefore its use is very economical.

      1. Is MN Wash & Clean a paint stripper?
        No, this is a maintenance cleaner, designed for regular use. It does not strip paint and is safe for sensitive surfaces.
      2. Can it be used on a water-repellent or oil-repellent treated floor?
      3. Yes, MN Wash & Clean is compatible with Lithofin protective treatments and does not reduce their effectiveness.
      4. Is it suitable for a very dirty floor?
        For heavy or old soiling, it is advisable to first use Lithofin MN intensive cleaner, then maintain with MN Wash & Clean.
      5. Can it be used outdoors?
        Yes, it is suitable for terraces, stairs and outdoor paving made of natural stone.
      6. Does the product leave a shiny film?
        No, it leaves no film, neither shiny nor greasy. The appearance remains natural and even.
      7. Is it suitable for underfloor heating?
        Yes, the product is perfectly compatible with underfloor heating.
