Terrace cleaner - Special cleaner for exterior surfaces - Lithofin

A special product from the LITHOFIN range. Water-dilutable concentrate, universally applicable, based on surfactants. It is neutral , free of chlorine and acid.

Features :

Self-acting, it removes all common surface dirt and general grime . The deep action ensures a preventive effect that can last up to a year.

Scope of application:

For cleaning all exterior surfaces such as stairs, paths and terraces with concrete or natural stone slabs, brick and plaster walls, tombstones , roofs , wooden fences , canopies, photovoltaic installations , etc.

Application :

Lithofin Terrace Cleaner is diluted with water in a ratio of approx. 1:10 (for light infestations or as a preventative measure up to approx. 1:20) and applied.

After a few days, the surfaces appear shiny, clean and free of deposits. Residues can be rinsed with water or disappear with the next rain shower. Treated surfaces should be protected from rain for about 4 hours.

A watering can or, even better, a sprayer is suitable for application. For small areas, it is better to use a spray bottle.

Noticed :

• Avoid direct contact of the sprayed product with plants or rinse thoroughly with water.
• Application temperature: 10-25°C.
• Do not use on heated surfaces.
• Yield: up to approx. 25 m²/litre using a watering can, approx. 100 m²/litre using a garden sprayer.

Recommendation :

In case of heavy soiling, if the coatings are already black, intensive cleaning must be carried out with %C3% A9rieures-lithofin.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lithofin Active Cleaner .

Additional treatment:

Impregnation with %C3% A9gnation-water-repellent-for-natural-stones-lithofin.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lithofin Protection >W< makes stone surfaces water-repellent. This reduces the tendency to soiling and algae formation.
