Betofinish GL is a dry composition which gives a pasty mortar ready to use by the simple addition of water, suitable for leveling , renovating, equalizing and locally repairing walls and ceilings in facing concrete, concrete elements, coatings based on cement , lime /cement plasters and uneven masonry.

Support

1. The application will always be carried out on a raw, clean, healthy surface, free of dust, traces of oil and loose particles.
   The absorbent supports will first be moistened or treated with a solution of COMPAKTUNA(PRO) /water (1/4) or with PRIMER PO .
2. Suitable substrates are brick masonry, building blocks, concrete surfaces, poured concrete, cellular concrete, etc.
3. Do not apply to plastered surfaces.
4. It is necessary to completely remove rust from the iron frame, for example using a steel brush and to treat it with an anti-corrosion product.

Application

1. BETOFINISH GL is prepared with ± 32% water, that is to say ± 6.4 L water per 20 kg bag depending on the desired consistency.
   Per 20 kg bag, pour the necessary quantity of water into a tank and slowly and evenly add the dry powder.
2. Mix everything intensively with a slow mixer for ± 2 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps.
3. Let the mortar sit for 2 minutes and then mix thoroughly again.
4. Manually apply the prepared mortar to the support, using a trowel.
5. First apply a thin layer with a trowel or plastering knife.
   We press this layer strongly.
6. We then apply a second coat.

Consumption :

± 1.5 kg/mm/m² powder

Usage time:

± 45 mins.

Mix ratio:

± 6.4 L of water per 20 kg bag (± 32% water)

Conditioning :

20 kg: gray.
