Akepox 2030 - Construction glue - Akemi

Creamy 2-component construction adhesive with high load capacity for vertical bonding in the construction industry.
Very good adhesion on wet stones , aluminum and other metals as well as natural and artificial stones.

The two-component cartridges guarantee easy, secure and clean work.
An exact and homogeneous mixture.

Features :

• Relatively fast hardening, machinable after 8-10h (20°C)
• Easily tintable with AKEPOX dyes or concentrates (only the grey-green color)
• Easy dosing and mixing thanks to the cartridge system
• Very little shrinkage during hardening and minimal tension of the adhesive layer
• Particularly weather-resistant bonding
• Good heat stability: from -20°C up to 60 - 70°C for loaded bonds and up to approximately 100 - 110°C for standard bonds
• No deformation of the glue layer
• Good resistance to aging
• Very good stability to alkalis, therefore perfectly suitable for bonding with concrete
• Excellently suited for bonding gas-permeable materials, as the product is solvent-free
• Good electrical insulating effect
• Good grip on slightly damp stones
• Suitable for bonding solvent-sensitive materials (e.g. Styrofoam, ABS)
• The product does not tend to crystallize, which allows it to be stored without problems and gives it good processing safety
• Mixing ratio 2:1

Use :

A: Cartridge System:

1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded and roughen them.
2. Remove the cap from the cartridge, insert the cartridge into the gun, operate the handle until material comes out of both openings, if necessary, attach a mixing nozzle.
3. The product can be colored using AKEPOX dyes or concentrates (max. 5%).
4. If you use it without a mixing nozzle, the two components must be well mixed.
5. The mixture can be used for about 20 to 30 minutes (20°C).
   The bonded parts are transportable after 3 to 5 hours (20°C), loadable and machinable after 8 to 10 hours (20°C).
   Max strength after 7 days (20°C).
6. Tools can be cleaned with AKEMI Thinner Nitro.
7. Heat accelerates and cold retards the hardening reaction.

B: Products in boxes:

1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded and roughen them.
2. Mix 2 equivalents in weight or volume of adhesive with 1 equivalent in weight or volume of hardener until obtaining a homogeneous color.
3. The product can be colored using AKEPOX dyes or concentrates (max. 5%).
4. The mixture can be used for about 20 to 30 minutes (20°C).
   The bonded parts are transportable after 3 to 5 hours (20°C), loadable and machinable after 8 to 10 hours (20°C).
   Max strength after 7 days (20°C).
5. Tools can be cleaned with AKEMI Thinner Nitro.
6. Heat accelerates and cold retards the hardening reaction.
