Marmorkitt 1000 Transparent - Liquid glue - Akemi

Honey-colored liquid glue for gluing natural stones , reinforcing edges associated with fiberglass and for making artificial products with stone powder and sand.

Features :

• Many application possibilities thanks to different consistencies
• Fast hardening (20 to 60 minutes)
• Very good polishing ability
• Very good adhesion on natural stones, also at high temperatures (60 - 70°C, at low loading up to 100 - 110°C)
• Resistant to water, petrol and mineral oils
• Reduced in styrene, so they are not subject to the ban on self-service sales

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. The glue can be colored with AKEMI dyes for polyester or dye concentrates up to 5%; Marmorkitt Transparent and Transparent Thick L: dilution is possible in any proportion with Marmorkitt Transparent extra liquid.
3. Add 1 - 4 g of white hardener to a quantity of 100 g of glue (1 g corresponds to approx. 4 - 5 cm taken out of the tube).
4. Thoroughly mix the two components; the mixture is then ready to use for 3 - 16 minutes (at 20°C).
5. After 20 - 60 minutes the treated parts can be processed (eg sanded, milled, drilled).
6. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
7. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI Nitro-Thinner

Conditioning :

• 900ml with 30g hardener
• 4.5 L with hardener
