Anti-stain Nano with beading effect - Akemi

Strong impregnating product to prevent the penetration of water , grease or oil .
Protects floors , tables and worktops in natural stone and artificial stone (marble, Solnhofen stone, sandstone, earthenware), indoors and outdoors.

Begins to act a few minutes after its application and reaches its full effectiveness after 2 or 3 hours.
Contains special substances that prevent the spreading of liquid drops.

Use :

1. Shake well before use.
   The optimal conditions for impregnation are: the driest stone possible, a temperature between 10 and 30°C as well as protection against rain for 2 to 3 hours.
   During processing, the coating should not be heated by direct sunlight or underfloor heating.
2. Cracks larger than 0.3mm should be closed before treatment, anti-stain.
3. In general, 1 to 2 applications without waiting for the drying of the first pass are sufficient.
   On a weakly absorbent surface, dilution with AKEMI Nitro Thinner is recommended.
4. Apply the product with a wet brush or broom.
   On facades, a vacuum sprayer can be used with low pressure (max 1 bar) and a distance from the nozzle of 5 to 10 cm (precaution to be taken: check the resistance and tightness of the pipe to solvents).
   The anti-stain is thus applied until it runs over 40 to 50 cm.
5. About 20 minutes after application, before the water repellent dries on the surface, the excess that is not absorbed must be wiped off with a cloth so that no product remains on the surface.
   To avoid veils on the polished surfaces, they must be repolished (we use either a pad, a very soft cloth, or a sheepskin).
6. In case of reduced effectiveness or irregular application, you can easily repeat an application.
   The effect vis-à-vis water and oil appears after a few minutes and the total effectiveness is reached after 2 to 3 hours.
7. It is necessary to ventilate well (approx. 2 - 3 days) when used in the food sector.
8. The cleaning of work tools can be carried out with AKEMI Nitro Thinner.
