Marmorkitt 1000 Transparent L-Special - Gel putty - Akemi

Putty in gel form, does not change consistency after shaking , keeps its stability even in case of high temperature.
For gluing and filling natural stone on vertical surfaces and for modeling corners and edges.

Features :

• Very good adhesion on natural stones, also at high temperatures (60 - 70°C, at low loading up to 100 - 110°C)
• Resistant to water, petrol and mineral oils
• Reduced in styrene, so they are not subject to the ban on self-service sales

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. The glue can be colored with AKEMI dyes for polyester or dye concentrates up to 5%; Marmorkitt Transparent and Transparent Thick L: dilution is possible in any proportion with Marmorkitt Transparent extra liquid.
3. Add 1 - 4 g of white hardener to a quantity of 100 g of glue (1 g corresponds to approx. 4 - 5 cm taken out of the tube).
4. Thoroughly mix the two components; the mixture is then ready to use for 3 - 16 minutes (at 20°C).
5. After 20 - 60 minutes the treated parts can be processed (eg sanded, milled, drilled).
6. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
7. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI Nitro-Thinner.
